Larger kitchens and living areas are considered by size and the work required. You'll approve the quote before cleaning begins.

Cleaning and decluttering are separate services.
Floors and surfaces should be clear before Tay arrives so the appointment can be spent cleaning them.
Belongings left in cleaning areas may add a decluttering fee.
Standard and deep cleaning cover accessible floors, counters, furniture, and other surfaces included in the selected service. Picking up or organizing personal items is not included in the cleaning price.
- Please remove toys, clothing, personal belongings, and clutter from floors and surfaces before Tay arrives.
- If Tay must move or pick up belongings to access an area, an additional decluttering fee will apply.
- Organizing, washing dishes, and similar household tasks are separate add-on services and must be requested in advance.
No surprise charges: Any decluttering or add-on fee will be discussed before the extra work begins.
Appointment requirements
Confirm 24 hours ahead: The service address and appointment time must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the cleaning.
First-clean walkthrough: Someone must be present when Tay arrives for the first cleaning to walk her through the home, identify priority areas, and confirm what is included.
